With over 12 years in hospitality, Ann has seen it all. She’s the go-to for keeping things running smoothly, keeping the team sane, and making sure every shift runs like a well-oiled coffee machine.

Courts

Courts is behind all the good-looking stuff. With an eye for detail and a love for all things design, she keeps the Lakehouse vibe fresh, fun, and totally on point – one scroll, sign, and colour pop at a time.

Michelle

Michelle is the backbone of Lakehouse, making the magic happen behind the scenes. From invoices & payslips to admin & emails, she keeps us organised, balanced, and brewing.

Michael’s the ultimate all-rounder – one minute he’s on the machine, the next he’s working the floor with a smile. Always quick to jump in and lend a hand, he helps keep the café running smoothly and the vibe relaxed and friendly.
